The HHS Band Program has several avenues it uses to keep you informed.  The students are told, and the information is written on the board in the classroom. But we realize that this information does not always make it home. J
 
• The new ALERT NOW communication system will be used to immediately distribute important information by phone and email.  If you have not already returned the completed form, please do so as soon as possible.
  
• We encourage you to subscribe to the Band Email distribution list. We'll send you an email about upcoming deadlines and information that is important for parents/students/volunteers to know. You can do this by sending an email to: HHSBandemail@ec.rr.com  from the email account you wish to subscribe (for example, if you send from work that is where the message will be sent) and ask to be subscribed. There are several different distribution lists, so please indicate the band or guard student with whom you are associated so we know which list to put you on!  You may unsubscribe at any time.

Join the Band Boosters! We typically meet on the first and third Tuesdays each month at 7:30 - and usually in the Band Room. We try to keep the meeting to an hour.  This is the Best Overall Source of information regarding band activities, and a chance to see how the overall band program operates. You’ll have a chance to pick volunteer activities, but you’ll never be pressured to do so! We hope to see you there!
 
Check the listing below. Most everything distributed to students or parents will be available here. This is the place to find the handbooks, guides, schedules, itineraries, directions, and forms that your student should  have brought home. If you are unable to find what you need or have a problem opening a document, email the webmaster and it will be sent to you as soon as possible.  These forms cannot be filed out online. They must be printed, filled out, & returned to the band room, if applicable.

~ Gentry scholarship fund - The Boosters will  be collecting money for a scholarship fund for Casey Gentry.  You may bring or send money to the band office beginning  Monday, April 21. Checks should be made to HHS Band, and put "Gentry" in the subject line. Thank you.

Subject to minor changes of course. A "last updated" date will always be provided so you can check to be sure you have the most current version. These events will also be posted on the main calendar, but it will take a little time to get all of this information transferred.
